Pluscaremed Personal Data Processand Protection Policy

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law” or “KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by Pluscaremed Tıbbi Cihazlar Sanayi Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Pluscaremed” or the “Company”), acting in the capacity of the data controller, within the framework described below.

2. Processed Personal Data and Data Subjects

Our Company processes the following categories of data belonging to employees, job candidates, customers/physicians, suppliers, website visitors, and physical facility visitors:

• Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish Republic ID Number.
• Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, physical address.
• Financial Information: Bank account details (IBAN), invoice and payment details.
• Visual Data: Security camera recordings within the factory and office areas.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data are processed within the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the following purposes:

• Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction,
• Execution of recruitment and human resources processes,
• Fulfillment of legal obligations and notification to official authorities,
• Execution of marketing, newsletter delivery, and commercial communication activities.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

In line with the realization of the purposes mentioned above, your personal data may be transferred to:

• Domestic/International Business Partners: To our business partners for the execution of operational processes,
• Logistics Companies: To cargo companies for product deliveries,
• Financial and Legal Advisors: To financial advisors and lawyers for accounting and legal processes,
• Cloud Infrastructure: To data storage centers through Microsoft Office 365 services used within the scope of business continuity.

5. Retention and Security of Personal Data

Our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and to ensure its security:

• Security: Your data is protected by encryption methods and firewalls.
• Retention Period: Unless there is a legal obstacle, your personal data is stored for 10 years for commercial books and records, and 5 years for other data types. At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our destruction policy.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject (Article 11 of the Law)

Under the Law, you can exercise the following rights by applying to Pluscaremed:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• To request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• To request the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law.

• Kimlik Bilgileri: Ad, soyad, T.C. Kimlik Numarası.
• İletişim Bilgileri: Telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, fiziksel adres.
• Finansal Bilgiler: Banka hesap bilgileri (IBAN), fatura ve ödeme detayları.
• Görsel Veriler: Fabrika ve ofis alanlarındaki güvenlik kamerası kayıtları.

3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları

Kişisel verileriniz, Kanun’un 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen şartlar dahilinde şu amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

• Sipariş ve lojistik süreçlerinin yönetilmesi,
• Satış sonrası destek ve müşteri memnuniyetinin sağlanması,
• İşe alım ve insan kaynakları süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
• Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve resmi kurumlara bildirim yapılması,
• Pazarlama, bülten gönderimi ve ticari iletişim faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi.

4. İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda belirtilen amaçların gerçekleştirilmesi doğrultusunda;

• Yurt İçi/Yurt Dışı İş Ortakları: Operasyonel süreçlerin yürütülmesi adına iş ortaklarımıza,
• Lojistik Şirketleri: Ürün teslimatlarının gerçekleştirilmesi amacıyla kargo firmalarına,
• Mali ve Hukuki Danışmanlar: Muhasebe ve hukuk süreçleri için mali müşavirlere ve avukatlara,
• Bulut Altyapısı: İş sürekliliği kapsamında kullanılan Microsoft Office 365 servisleri aracılığıyla veri depolama merkezlerine aktarılabilmektedir.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Saklanması ve Güvenliği

Şirketimiz, kişisel verilerinizin hukuka aykırı olarak işlenmesini önlemek ve güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla teknik ve idari tedbirleri almaktadır:

• Güvenlik: Verileriniz şifreleme yöntemleri ve güvenlik duvarları (firewall) ile korunmaktadır.
• Saklama Süresi: Kişisel verileriniz, yasal bir engel olmadığı sürece; ticari defter ve kayıtlar için 10 yıl, diğer veri türleri için ise 5 yıl süreyle saklanmakta; süre sonunda imha politikamız çerçevesinde silinmekte veya anonim hale getirilmektedir.

6. Veri Sahibi Olarak Haklarınız (Kanun Madde 11)

Kanun uyarınca, Pluscaremed’e başvurarak şu haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
• Kanun’da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme.
