As Pluscaremed Tıbbi Cihazlar Sanayi Limited Şirketi (“Company”), acting in the capacity of the data controller, we attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). This text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom it is transferred, and your legal rights.

Within the scope of your relationship with our Company; your name-surname, ID number, contact information (phone, e-mail, address), and financial information (IBAN, invoice details) are processed for the following purposes:

• Execution of goods and services sales processes, order and logistics management,
• Providing post-sales support services,
• Follow-up of finance and accounting affairs,
• Execution of human resources processes and job application processes,
• Ensuring the security of the company premises (camera recordings),
• Execution of marketing, analysis, and campaign processes (subject to your explicit consent).

Your personal data are collected through forms on our website, e-mail correspondence, telephone calls, contracts, and physical visits in verbal, written, or electronic media. These data are processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Explicitly prescribed by law,
• Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
• Necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
• Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the realization of the purposes mentioned above, to:

• Authorized public institutions and organizations (within the framework of legal notifications),
• Our business partners, suppliers, and cargo companies (for operational processes),
• Financial advisors and legal consultants,
• Cloud-based infrastructure providers (e.g., Microsoft Office 365) from which data storage services are received.

Your personal data are stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed. This period has been determined as 10 years for commercial books and records and 5 years for other data types in accordance with legal retention periods. At the end of the period, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the Company to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Request the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law.

Application Method: You may send your requests regarding your rights to info@pluscaremed.com with documents proving your identity via secure electronic signature or as a written and wet-signed application to our company address.

Bu metin, kişisel verilerinizin hangi amaçlarla işlendiği, kimlere aktarıldığı ve haklarınız konusunda sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

Şirketimizle olan ilişkiniz kapsamında; ad-soyad, T.C. Kimlik numarası, iletişim bilgileri (telefon, e-posta, adres) ve finansal bilgileriniz (IBAN, fatura detayları) aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

• Mal ve hizmet satış süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, sipariş ve lojistik yönetimi,
• Satış sonrası destek hizmetlerinin sağlanması,
• Finans ve muhasebe işlerinin takibi,
• İnsan kaynakları süreçlerinin ve çalışan adaylarının başvuru süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
• Şirket yerleşkesinin güvenliğinin sağlanması (kamera kayıtları),
• Pazarlama, analiz ve kampanya süreçlerinin yürütülmesi (açık rızanız olması halinde).

Kişisel verileriniz; web sitemizdeki formlar, e-posta yazışmaları, telefon görüşmeleri, sözleşmeler ve fiziksel ziyaretleriniz sırasında sözlü, yazılı veya elektronik ortamda toplanmaktadır. Bu veriler, KVKK’nın 5. maddesinde belirtilen;

• Kanunlarda açıkça öngörülmesi,
• Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması,
• Veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi,
• İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.

Toplanan kişisel verileriniz, yukarıdaki amaçların gerçekleştirilmesiyle sınırlı olarak;

• Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına (yasal bildirimler çerçevesinde),
• İş ortaklarımıza, tedarikçilerimize ve kargo şirketlerine (operasyonel süreçler için),
• Mali müşavir ve hukuk danışmanlarımıza,
• Veri saklama hizmeti aldığımız bulut tabanlı altyapı sağlayıcılarına (Microsoft Office 365 vb.) aktarılabilecektir.

Kişisel verileriniz, ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen veya işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre kadar saklanır. Ticari defter ve kayıtlar için bu süre 10 yıl, diğer veri türleri için yasal saklama süreleri uyarınca 5 yıl olarak belirlenmiştir. Süre sonunda verileriniz silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca Şirketimize başvurarak;

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• İşlenmişse bilgi talep etme,
• İşlenme amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
• Verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
• Kanun’un 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz.
